The Central Plateau Whitetail Deer lives in the rugged mountains of North Central Mexico. Carmen Mountain Whitetail. We hunt this whitetail deer in the Sierra del Burro, part of the Carmen mountains, in the northern state of Coahuila, Mexico, endemic land for the Carminis deer. We provide high success 4 day hunts in a fantastic mountain landscape, great accommodations and unique personal service. The Carmen Mountain is smaller than most of the whitetail in North America and weights up to 120 lbs, making this a tough task to find them behind any small rock or bush. The color of its coat matches perfectly with his habitat, making this a great camouflage. His great character and the fantastic hunting area around the oaks and pine trees, makes this a unique hunting experience. This Mexican deer is one of the 5 new subspecies eligible for the SCI Record Book.

Dove & Quail. The privileged location between roosting cover, grain fields and water supply of our Hacienda ranch in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico, provide us with the ideal situation for a fantastic dove, quail, ducks, sandhill cranes and geese combo hunt. The proximity to the hunting grounds make most of our drives for dove and quail under 30 minutes and from 45 to 90 minutes for the waterfowl action. Depending on the size and preferences of the group we can combine all this species in any of our 3 to 5 day hunts.
We provide plenty of shooting between grain field, cover and ponds and a cold “cerveza” brought by our bird boy at the end of the session will do an unforgettable shooting experience. Daily scouting will make you sure to be in excellent wingshooting conditions each session. Down the Mexico Way!
